A little mesh I've had around for a while, thought I'd upload it for other people to use or tweak if they like.
It's rigged already, rotate head with the higher neck bone as it's designed to swivel on the neck bone like a doll.
CC0 License, no credit necessary although appreciated.

Hello! You should add the license into metadata for the asset pack(s):
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art
